<--is totally impressed with the doc!!!
<--had a lovely dinner of wild rice, grilled portobello mushroom, grilled shrimp, sauteed veggies with artichoke hearts and sundried tomato cream sauce
<--know cream sauce was bad, but it tasted so good!!!
<--is very tired now, was awake at 0300 this morning!
<--hopes everyone has a good evening!
 
<--is back from NOT doing a WO
<--realized that a headache was making <--procrastinate
<--layed around in WO clothes for like an hour and couldn't do it
<--says it took that long to convince <--self that it was alright to not WO
<--says tomorrow is another day
<--glad Amy had a good visit with her friend
