Hi RTers!
My earlier thread about needing an update on your hotel rooms bookings was confusing, and I'm so sorry about that. I'm working on a volunteer project this week that's keeping me away from home for long hours, and when I have a half-hour to get online I am probably moving WAY too fast trying to get everything done that I need to do!
Let me try to make myself clearer here, now that I've slowed down a bit.
Our Road Trip group members have already booked a big chunk of rooms at the Fairfield Inn and the Residence Inn. Now, we need to give the hotels a rough idea of how many MORE rooms our Cathe group might book. So here's what we need to know:
Please post here ONLY IF you are coming to the Road Trip, are planning to stay at the Fairfield Inn or Residence Inn, and HAVE NOT booked a hotel room yet.
We DON'T need to hear from you if you're all set with a hotel room already. So if you're staying with a roommate and she has already booked the room or suite in which you're staying, you DON'T need to post here.
I hope this is clear, and I appreciate your patience, folks! Thanks!!!
