Who fell off the wagon?

I've slowed down a "little" on the workouts with the holidays but I would not by any means call my eating "clean". I just ate a couple polish finger cookies and I just feel like all I want to do is eat more. Probably because I've stuffed myself for days now with celebrations. I'm feelin' a little out of control. Who's on my wagon... and then fell off?

Tina

LOL...I could seriously polish off a tin of chocolate chip cookies and a heaping plate of leftovers. It's gonna take some work to get back in the program...ugh!! I keep telling myself that Jan. 1st I shall go back to my diligence.

I think I must have eaten 2 dozen buckeye cookies on Christmas day. But I did allow myself anything I wanted on that one day - and got right back at it yesterday with my proper eating. Regardless, I actually felt as if I had "poisoned" myself with the goodies and processed carbs - and in essence - I had. Ugh. I share your misery!

I have fell a couple times. Dusted myself off and fell again. Damn chocolates in my house and I am pms'n too..bad combo. I am ONLY eating two pieces of a chocolate candy bar a day since Christmas Eve. I am gonna look like a cow coming home if I don't quit! lol

Wagon? What wagon?! Was I supposed to fall off something? I guess I'm too busy eating to get with the picture.

I didn't fall off the wagon. The wagon's axles broke b/c of a sudden & frightening heavy load that was dumped on it during a relatively short period of time.

I was almost happy to come back to work & GTH away from all the junk in my house.

Oh & funny story--my boss gave out giant jars of candy to all of us for Xmas. I wrestled w/that d*mn thing for four days without being able to get it open. Think it was a hint or just a mean old practical joke? :p

God I wish it was only "2 pieces" of anything. Tonight is out again to celebrate a friends b-day and what are we doing...going to the Melting Pot for dessert and drinks. I might as well throw my hands in the air.

I completely fell off in the last week. I have been keeping up with exercise, but the eating is horrible. Yuck, it has to stop.

You all are making me laugh. You're too funny! I was ejected off the wagon the minute I took my first bite of shortbread cookie Christmas Eve. I've been dragging myself alongside the wagon every since, attempting to claw myself back up. I think I've finally gained a fingerhold. Now....if....I....can.....just.....reeeeach a little higher...........

Thanks for letting me know I'm in good company,
Sandra

Yep! me..me..me.. I felled off, really bad tho, I think this time of the season your almost expected to fall off the wagon, you think x( I'm up three lbs who cares, This is why we/I work so hard to be able to enjoy ourselves.

I been off the wagon since Saturday, I probably ate more than I ever ate really I have NO control once I'm off I'm off.

But, good news, I hopped back on the wagon this morning, lentil bean soup, oatmeal, egg whites, lean meat, PP I can go on and on all the healthy things I am use to eating. Working on purging my body of all that SUGAR I've beening eating the past 5 days, Good luck!

Yep, I fell off too!! I did really well over the holidays in general until Christmas Day!! My MIL is an excellent cook/ baker & she made a TON of goodies. Of course I had to sample too much, but I did stop before it got too out of hand!! (she made cheesecake, fudge, turtles, buckeyes, choc. covered pecans & peanuts, almond bark pretzels, etc).

But, I felt better after doing BM2 the day after Christmas! ;-) Back to regular routine the rest of this week!!

Jess, I gained five pounds just reading your post! ;-) :9 :9

And, yes, I fell off the wagon, too. Big family gathering on Xmas Eve and, as usual, too many goodies. One of my many brothers is a mail carrier in a rural area, and he gets tons of homemade candies, cookies, etc. left in the mailboxes for him. Of course, he brings all of this stuff for the REST of us to eat. And my family is BIG on desserts anyway, so guess what everybody brings? Also, the gourmet gift baskets start coming in around mid-December, so that stuff is sitting around my house, too--but not for long!! I am meeting one of my sisters for lunch today and after that, what's left of the bad stuff is going out and I am getting back on track. Wish me luck!

Never eat more than you can lift. :+

You are all cracking me up.

Maybe, we need to run after the wagon and keep running behind it because the wagon is full of goodies!
