I would love to check in with someone because I have a few questions. First off, can I eat popcorn? Pleaaaaase say I can eat popcorn!}(
 
Good news for you,you can eat popcorn! The light kind though and you have to eat a protein with it!If you go to the BFL website you will find a list of the foods you are aloud to eat.
I started the program yesterday but it wasn't a great start.I didn't eat my first meal until 11, and there was a snow storm here, I was bored and started picking at things I wasn't suppose to eat.I did PUB and I am so sore today.zTomorrow is PLB ,I am wondering how sore I will be after that one.
When did you start?
 
Woo Hoo!! Now what would be a protien that I would want with popcorn? Nuts? I just want a mindless bowl my munchie popcorn, with no combining....just picking out my favorite shapes and start eating. Maybe that will have to wait for my free day. I am just going through my first day withdrawls or something, and what I really crave is chocolate, and so I was hoping to settle for popcorn.

I finally convinced my husband it was time. We look like one too many of the before pictures, and he finally agreed to do this with me. I started today and did PUB as well!:) I will do Timesaver tomorrow, and then PLB on Wednesday. I am so excited for some reason. I don't think I am doing the exercise part exactly perfectly according to the plan, but I don't care. If anything I may be doing too much. My husband was working out of the book (with lots of stopping to read etc.) and I just popped in Cathe. We finished about the same time, and I felt I actually worked a bit longer because there is flow with the tape. I am familiar with it, and kept up. Everytime I looked at my honey bunny he was reading the next thing to do. No matter what it is a lot of fun to do this together. Way more support than I have ever had for some odd reason.

Good luck to you, and if you want we can check in with each other. Let me know. We seem to be at about the same point starting out, only off by a day, so it could be fun:)

I KNow what you mean about the choclate thing.I hated plain choclate as a kid but now I love it.Don't go to the easter section in any stores or you will have a melt down.Nothing gets me like fresh choclate.
I don't have much to lose, its just my problem areas.I need to get my mid section tighter and my waist.My DH was going to try it to but he hasn't worked out yet. He is a very slim man but he wants to build muscle.The only way he is going to do the program is if I make him workout and I plan his meals for him, but thats to hard.I have enough to think about,let alone worry that he is eating enough carbs.Right now he is sitting in his chair eating McDonalds cheeseburgers...I don't think I saw that in the book anywhere.
Sure we can check in if you want.Do you havemuch to lose?
