Who do you watch?

Just curious -- who do you watch when doing your Cathe videos?

The reason I ask is that I talked my SO into doing BootCamp with me (due to one of the threads here regarding husbands attempting Cathe videos). Afterward he talked about the men in the back of the class (commenting on their form) and I realized that I had never noticed. I thought it was funny that he paid the most attention to the males in the class. So then I started wondering if people are more likely to watch the participants that most resemble their own body type.

I watch Cathe 99% of the time (but gotta love Lorraine on KPC and Jai's legs and abs amaze me). But, then again, my body type is very similar to Cathe's (except not quite as buff :))

So, who do you watch? And do they resemble your body type?

PS. Now I think Chris (my SO) is getting addicted. He has been doing parts of BootCamp on his own and seems really excited about it!

I only watch the men on Cardio Kicks -- maybe because they're up front during the punching drills. I try to move like them, because they just scream "POWER!"

I watch Jai on all upper body sequences -- especially when she's doing biceps. I try to emulate her precision and control. Plus, she's so friggin' gorgeous -- one of the most beautiful women I've ever seen!

But most of the time, I keep my eye on the high priestess of fitness herself, Cathe.

I watch Cathe about 90 percent of the time. When Rhonda is in weight workouts, I watch her a lot, because her form on squats and lunges is the best, IMO. At least what is best for my knees.She also has a body type similar to mine (at least before her weight loss in the Body Blast series). In KPC, I watched Lorraine a lot because her form is great! In Cardio Kicks, I watch Hope, because she's so enthusiastic.

I didn't watch the guys much in the workouts. When I did, I was annoyed by the younger-looking guy in Boot Camp fidgeting when he was supposed to be doing planks. Seemed quite antsy and adolescent-like to me.
 
I watch Cathe most of the time because her form and technique is impeccable, even when fatigued.

But, as I become fatigued I scan the background exercisers and try to locate the one that is struggling the most - and then I feel so much better!

On MIC, there is a girl who looks as if she is going to pass out at any moment - I look the most like her when doing that workout!
 
Good question!! I tend to watch Cathe most of the time, like Kathryn my body type most closely resembles Rhonda and I watch her on things that I can't seem to make as pretty as Cathe, like flying angels, and pushups although Rhonda's pushups have really progressed through the years. I like to watch Cedie sometimes, she really maximizes her arm movements. I love watching both of the guys in CircuitMax and CardioKicks, they look so tough at the end of CK but I love the way they clap with a grapevine in CM, it just strikes me as so cute!!!

I chuckled at the post about the MIC girl, you can tell that she is giving it maximum effort but she keeps plugging away, gotta love that!!!

i watch Brenda (? long blonde hair) because she is the closest to my body type. I also watch Cedie becase sometimes she makes the funniest expessions. She has so much personality and it shines through without her having to speak. Of course I watch Cathe too.
 
I usually watch Cathe, but sometimes my eyes will wander over to Cedie or Rhonda. Cedie has this cute little way of dancing when doing step and I think of her as an old friend because she's was the first background exerciser I noticed in Cathe's earlier videos. In build I resemble Rhonda before she lost the weight. I love to look at Rhonda's face when Cathe pushes the limit! Her expressions verbalize exactly how I feel!
 
I always crack up during Boot Camp. Cathe says not to pop your arms up during overhead presses and sure enough, the guys are doing it right as she says not to!!

In general I have my eye on Cathe, but also love to watch Cedie's facial expressions (closest to my body) and also Rhonda.

I can't wait to see who will be in Hardcore!
 
I watch Cedie a lot because I love her smile, and her movements always remind me of a dance. She looks as though she might have been on a dance team or has a dance background perhaps? She's very graceful! Otherwise I watch all of them in turn, but I would say Cathe and Cedie the most.

Definitely Cathe- she's so darn cute - I hope I look like that when I'm 40 - I got 12 years and I'll bet it will take me that long too;-)
As far as focusing on the others it depends on the workout. In Muscle Endurance, I think Brenda is adorable and her expressions when she is fatigued and keeps going anyway gives me inspiration.
In Step Blast, I watch Rhonda because she is just having so much dang fun!
Otherwise, I would have to say Cedie and Brenda because they are in the foreground more often.

Heck, they are all adorable and fun to watch!

The young guy in Boot Camp cracks me up because when everyone else is doing the ab move where you go from laying flat to up into a V sit while holding the med ball, he quits in the middle of them and then starts back up at the very end - it cracks me up and I don't feel so bad if I can't finish them either.
 
I watch Cathe the most but I know at different times I look at everyone. Sometimes maybe like when I'm getting fatiqued and thinking I can't do another rep and then I'll look at the others and see them making a face also! I love that!

Also, like others have said, Cedie and Rhonda always look like they are having so much fun and lets face it - I AM TOO! :) :) :)

I too watch Cathe most..but I do like Cede (she's such a cutie) and I think she has a more attainable figure, she seems like one of the girls, ya know??
 
If I am new to the workout, I watch Cathe exclusively. If it's a cardio workout, once I know it well, I don't really watch at all, I listen and focus on the music and the body moving, making sure I don't dislodge or trip on my step. I watch Cathe infrequently at that stage.

If it's a weights workout, I watch Cathe most of the time, particularly if it's lower body work, but Rhonda also because she is closer to my body type and she often looks over at Cathe to register amazement, pain, disbelief, etc, which makes the going easier for me because I quite agree with her!! Again, often though, I am looking at the floor to keep correct neck alignment or zoning out during PUB biceps (!!!) or watching the movement of my own muscle (Supersets biceps), or staring at a spot on the wall, feverishly counting, willing it to be over (PH lunges).

So, it just depends!
