<--did not have nearly enough time at the gym to complete a 5 mile run this morning!x(

<--managed to get in just under 3 miles in 30 mins and then had to rescue DS from daycare as it was aboot to close for the afternoon.
<--still has Ripped on <--'s agenda and wonders if that will actually happen today?

<--had just come home with a car full o' groceries too so <--was plenty ticked!x(
<--says thank gooooodness the food stayed.
