Who are the new people in MMA

I was just looking at the pics from the MMA filming and there are a few new people? Did I miss an earlier post about this? Just curious.

In all but the heavy-bag workout, one guy is from STS strength (I forget his name) and the other is Mark from Cathe's bootcamp workout.

I don't know who the guy and gal are in the heavy-bag workout.

Why not ask in the "Ask Cathe" forum, as she would be the one with the answer to the question?

I knew Mark looked familiar but I couldn't figure out why. I just wonderd if this had already been discused and I just missed something as I haven't been on the forums much lately. Thanks.
