Which Yoga or Pilate Video can incorporate to Cathe's

After a complete month in CTX, I finally see the result this moring: I lost 2 lbs. This is being the second day the scale told me the same number. So I started to believe this is real, not the error!! Yeah!!!!

I found that I was very stiff after workout. I was told that Yoga/Pilate could help muscle relax. I am thinking about adding this excercise to my workout. Is there any Yoga or Pilate video you can recommend? Although I am kind of intermediate in Cathe's, I am quite a beginer in those categories.

I am going to get Cathe's Stretch Max very soon which I ordered a few days ago. For those who have SM, could you let me know what is difference between SM and Yoga/Pilate? Which one is more effective?

Stretch Max is a good bet, I love that DVD. Each segment is very relaxing and if you don't think they are long enough, you could always do two at a time.

I don't think Pilates is considered "relaxation workouts", these workouts are more for core strengthening than stretching, I could be wrong, I don't do pilates that much.

The yoga workouts I have and love are Karen Voight's YogaSculpt, even though its a power yoga, the stretching in it is great. I also like the Quick Fix Power Yoga workouts.
