Which of Cathe's DVD workouts give you the rundown on all of her cardio moves? I posted on here a while back and someone told me the two that she teaches the basis for the moves in, but I can't remember which workouts were mentioned.
If you are talking "Step", I would start with Basic Step and Low Impact Step. Those two seem to be the introductory workouts that go over most of your basic moves.
Reese,
I just ordered Basic Step + Body Fusion over the weekend. The description said this DVD "caters to the exerciser who is new to step aerobics." I was initially drawn to Body Fusion in order to expand my collection of circuit workouts, but I thought Basic Step would be good for me, too, as I'm choreography-challenged and usually avoid her step workouts as a result.
