Which workouts do you prefer doing and why??

I chose cardio because it's fun, interesting, and works up a good sweat! :)

I used to prefer weight training/toning when I first started exercising because I was no good at cardio...as time has gone by I have gotten better at it and really learned to appreciate it!

I chose circuit training because I like to mix cardio and weights.The terminator workouts are circuit workouts too.

Weights because they are the most effective and I really feel tired afterwards. Cardio I don't like and circuits are "confusing". Did I just workout? I do them, but they only count as cardio, and yet they make it hard to follow them the next day with weights if my muscles get used a lot for that. I do though, sometimes. Is this making any sense?
 
I voted for weights because those workouts don't hurt my knee and ankle joints at all. And they make me feel tough.
 
Weights. I enjoy them all but have noticed that I do get more excited about doing my weight workouts. It is probably because I did cardio for a long time without weights. When I started working out with weights my body changed so much, I never thought that I would have definition. The weights have done nice things for me.

I chose weights because it makes me feel strong. I always love circuits and cardio, previously a cardio junkie. Over the years I have added more weight training and circuits.

I chose Circuits because I can get my weights and cardio in in about an hour. That's really nice when I feel like I need both toning and cardio.

How can I choose???

I love weight because...well, I don't have to tell you ladies why weights are so awesome.(LOVE MUSCLE END.)

I love circuits because my heart doesn't stop pounding, the sweat is pouring and I feel worked ALL over.(LOVE GAUNTLET)

I love cardio because I can just "free my mind" and follow the step routine (LOVE IMAX EXTREME)
 
As a category, I love the circuit workouts because of the variety. They have just enough weight work for me to develop my muscles the way I like. I love Bootcamp, High Step Circuit Training, and I've recently acquired Circuit Max and think it's awesome. I do love kickboxing (esp. KPC) as well, so Cardio is a close second. I get bored with all weight workouts, which are a more distant third.
