Which tapes are better for muscle definition....

(you know, for the lean, toned look) the PS Series, S&H Series or MIS, PH and BM. I have been doing the PS Series for several weeks know and I am still able to go heavier on my weights. Currently I am using 20 lbs for biceps, 45 for back, 55 for legs, 12 for triceps and delts, 20 for military presses and I probably would be able to go heavier again but I don't want to get bulky (I am also running out of storage room for my weights), I just want to have muscle definition.

Hope you are doing fine. I know, I would be counting down the days by now.
