which strength training workouts for endurance?

Hi everyone, I know I've seen a post, or several posts, that list Cathe's strength workouts in terms of which are more endurance-oriented, but I can't find them via the several searches I have tried. Can someone either direct me to those posts or give me your educated opinion? Many thanks! Kristen
 
Muscle Endurance, Power Hour and Body Max upper body segment are all endurance based workouts. My fave is Muscle endurance. I may have forgotten one or two so I am sure someone else will help you out as well.

I would also add the Pyramids. PUB/PLB can be more of an endurance w/o. Also Cardio & Weights. I agree w/ Susan. ME, PH, and BM are definaltey endurance workouts!
