Which Shoes...

Hello, I need to buy new shoes for exercising. I workout mostly with Cathe and was wondering what shoes would be the best for this iam currently using running shoes but i dont feel i have the support for step. Any suggestions as to what brand or type of shoe i should be wearing? Thanks for your time.

I switch back and forth between Ryka Enlight II's and Ryka Instructors. The Instructors have more lateral support than the Enlights, but they are both great and recommended for step!

I also go back and forth with the Enlight II's and the Instructors. Of the two I prefer the Enlights a smidge over the Instructors. Just a FYI- the Instructors are at Zappos and have free shipping, the Enlights are only available over the phone at Ryka and the shipping is about $6.00. Also, I think I am the only one who takes my right size in Rykas, most people go up half a size.
