Which leg workout do you use?

I'm doing a S&H rotation for a few weeks, and I'm wondering . . . for anyone who's done a S&H rotation, did you use S&H Legs, or did you substitute something else? I know S&H Legs is a bit shorter than Cathe's other leg workouts, and I only work legs once a week, so I'm wondering what to do. S&H plus an add-on, or just S&H, or a totally different workout? What do you guys do? Thanks a bunch.
 
I tend to use GS legs during S&H rotations for the upper body. It works that area better I feel. I alternate with leaner Legs from CTX which is quick and dirty. Occasionally I will do PLB.

i would alternate the S&H legs with others (butts and guts, legs and glutes, gym style legs) if i did S&H legs i would add on to it by doing the leg conditioning drills at the end of kick max; thats a good complete workout
 
I like S&H upper body, but I never got into the lower body workout. I always substitute something else: PLB, GS lower body, Leaner Legs, now Butts and Guts.
 
Thanks for all the input. I think I'll go with my old favorite, GS Legs. Besides, I just looked at the exercises on SH Legs, and I think there are too many lunges for my increasingly sore knees. Thanks again, gals.
 
Because I love kickboxing so much, I use the leg conditioning drills from Kick Max along with Muscle Max.
