I'm doing a S&H rotation for a few weeks, and I'm wondering . . . for anyone who's done a S&H rotation, did you use S&H Legs, or did you substitute something else? I know S&H Legs is a bit shorter than Cathe's other leg workouts, and I only work legs once a week, so I'm wondering what to do. S&H plus an add-on, or just S&H, or a totally different workout? What do you guys do? Thanks a bunch.
