Which itreads do you absolutely love and why?

I'm actually thinking of subscribing to the monthly motivator over on iTrain and would love to know:

1) Which are the absolute 'great/ must haves' in the itread series and
2) Why

I have just a few itreads and looking to add more to my collection.

#21/30 minutes: running intervals. It's da bomb! Interval training has a great reputation for greater fat loss in less time. The work out is awesome! Grace takes you from low to high intervals roughly every 5 mins. The lower intervals are a tad longer then the higher ones for obvious reason. It's only 30 mins but it kicks my arse every time!

#9/60 minutes: long fast endurance run. Fast and flat is the name of the game. Extremely intense. Awesome!
 
I am new to itrain and I have only tried a few but love them all.I am with wendy on Itrain #21, I also like #13 and #19 kicked my butt the other day. #19 is all sprints with recoveries, two of them with hills. #13 is sprints also but flat. I am now addicted to these workouts and cant wait to do another one.

One of my first ITreads was 3/40. It's also flat endurance run where you can really work on your speed. I just did part of it this morning and managed to get a new 5k PR out of it! :+ I must add it to my faves. :)
 
iTread 24 Run Intervals (60 minutes) – Great interval workout that starts out steady but ends with 4 sprints.

iTread 20 (30 minutes) – Another great interval that’s broken down into three segments. You steadily increase pace for 9 minutes then pull back to a jog or walk for 1 minute….repeat. The last segment is an all out sprint at the end….LOVE IT!

iTread 26 (30 minutes) – A really nice tempo run that’s broken down into two segments. You steadily increase speed with a small pull back in the middle and then finish strong!

iTread 27 Drills (30 minutes) – This workout changes every 5 minutes and cycles through sprints, intervals, and hill climbs. It’s not quite as intense as some of the others but a great change of pace!

iTread Outdoors (sets 6, 10, & 17) – All three of these are based on the run 6 minutes walk/jog 1 minute training guide. They’re geared for outdoors and use the perceived exertion scale. I LOVE these and use them for marathon training (and I even listened to them during races). ;)

Oh, now you ladies have me wanting to buy more. I just bought 6 CC workouts and havent done them yet. They had a spring clearance so I will have to wait a week or two before ordering new Itrain workouts. I tell you these are addicting!

I just went over to Cardio Coach and took advantage of Coach Sean's Breast Cancer Walk offer because of you. }( I'm getting 4,5 and 6 so now you HAVE to buy more ITreads!;) }( :p :7
 
I like itread #1-60 minutes and #3 -60 minutes for some reason. I think its the music...that techno song always comes at the exact right time for me, it really motivates me to walk at 4.8!:eek: I cannot run so I do the walking versions, but let me tell ya, walking that fast is really hard, or at least I think so! I also love the one Gayle told me about, I think its 20 minutes and #9-one big ole hill!}(

I also have all of CC 1-6 including PressPlay and Candace CC #6 I got those last year during his sale so I was just wanting some new runs to add to my ipod :D
Now I have a few good ones to add that I didn't have already woot!
 
I have several 30, 45 and 60s and I love them all. I don't know if I could run on the treadmill without them. What is Cardio Coach??
 
Ditto what Wendy and Laura said. I'll also always have a soft spot in my heart for #2 (30 min) - it was my very first iTread and the very last song at the end totally gave me the push I needed and gave me that "runner's high"! I felt like Rocky running up the steps!!! :9

You're tellin' me! I also have 3 brand new ITreads since the beginning of April that I haven't even TRIED yet that plus the CC's now!!! I have sooo much and want more! It's crazy!:7
 
wendy- you'll have to tell us how you like your new Itread workouts. Of course if they are good it will just make me want to buy more of them. I already want to buy about 4 more of them if not more. I havent tried my CC workouts yet. Probably next week.
