Which DVD?

If I could only buy one DVD, which would give me the most options? I'd like lots of premixes.

Thanks!

It is a not easy qestion. It is dificult to choose only one dvd beteween all these awesome workouts. If you want cardio and weight training in one dvd I recomend the dvd with IMAX 2 and ME. The terminator or the timesaver are a good options too and you will know the IS or the BB a little. The ctx dvd will be good too. You have 6 workouts with 30 minutes of cardio and weight training of one part of your upper body: cardio and triceps, another day cardio and triceps etc. The intensity series and the body blast are full of awesome prmixes. For example yesterday I did the premix 45 minutes with the step and hi/low of SJP and on Sunday I did the premix 90 minutes with SB and the step and hi/low of SJP.Hope this help. Caution: when you buy a dvd of cathe you can stop. :)

Thanks so much! I forgot to mention that I have almost all of cathe's workouts on video. I just know I'm missing out by not having DVD. As much as I love the workouts, I sometimes want something different, and I'm sure the pre-mixes would be refreshing.

If you want alot of pre-mixes I would suggest going for Cathe's BodyBlast Series. She has the most pre-mixes on these and they are really challaging.

PushPull/SuperSets
Step,Jump&Pump DVD
Kick,Punch&Crunch DVD (I had this one but did not care for the legs &glutes portion, so I traded it and then just got the vhs of KP&C)

The Intensity Series are GREAT and my ABSOLUTE favorite but does not have the pre-mixes that BB does.

The premixes are awesome. I also think the premix combos on SB/SJP are great. I usually do the premixes more tahn the actual workout as intended, from start to finish.
