Hi Cathe:
History: I use to be totally into fitness and exercise. Alas, I have been out of the habit for approximately 5 years (although I did use the firm for 3 months religiously about 2 years ago - just didn't see enough results for 6x/week) and need desperately to get back into shape (overweight, 35-40 lbs., 5' 10" and high cholesterol).
When I used to work out I used free weights to shape and sculpt muscles with aerobics mixed in to help heart and keep weight off. I am not too keen on just step aerobics (would probably quit after a few weeks - don't want to waste money). I know I have to establish a habit of working out to begin to enjoy it once again.
Which DVD(s) would you recommend to get me started based upon the above information?
Thanx.
