Which burns more calories?

Today I am doing an upper body circuit workout. My question is this...

Do I burn more calories doing cardio segment - weights - cardio - weights - cardio - and so on. Or would I burn more if I did all cardio, then all weights.

Anyone know?
 
Just speaking from my own view, circuits burn more for me. I can really burn it off on circuits. I also see most results in my body from a rotation like the one Cathe posted this month. I do know that everyone is different though so do what suits you. Sorry I wasn't any help was I?:)

With circuit your heart rate stays elevated for the whole time, so you burn more calories. I love that.
 
I agree with the others. If I do just straight cardio, I feel like I have done nothing when I am finished. Circuit training really is the most effective, time-wise and results-wise, in my opinion.
