From looking at the blog pictures, the kickbox workout had me so excited!! I love the outfits and the energy seems so high in this one. Plus Chris's writeup got me super energized. I'm definitely doing that one first when I get my set. Of course they all look great.
I'm a step fanatic, so the high intenseity step/chest and back one really got me excited. I'm glad she has some new choreography and I'm looking forward to all the different kinds of pushups. The kickbox looks really good too.
I'm most excited about the weight work. I'm a cardio weenie and probably won't do any of the cardio portions, but I think it's worth it to buy the 4-day split just to get the weight work, especially with all the premix options!
You know, I really wasn't going to purchase this series and was going to wait out the 3-day split, heavy work, but I couldn't resist the lure of another bootcamp workout from Cathe. I'm not a big fan of step, and the last series was right up my alley (more sports specific, conditioning work), but Cathe is the only person I'll do step with. While I'm still not sure if I will be oodling over the step workouts, I figure boot camp and the heavy weights will make up for it
