You may recall that I attempted IMAX3 last Saturday for the first time, after not working out for 2 weeks because of a head cold. After the 4th interval, I started seeing grey spots in front of my eyes and I stopped the workout after interval 5.
So this past week I did Cardio & Weights, Step Blast, Push Pull and Leaner Legs. Not a very focussed rotation, I realize, but I just wanted to be doing something of everything while I got myself back.
Today I attempted IMAX3 again. I made it all the way through with no grey spots at all. I really enjoyed interval 7 and was glad to see that there were no power lunges or sumos! This is a fun one!
