Where to start?

Hey everyone!!

I am a TLP(Tracie Long) and FIRMer for 15 years+ and pretty advanced. I love strength and dislike step aerobics. The vid/DvD rating thread is AWESOME but there are just too many for a new person to choose!!

I did Boot Camp yesterday and it was challenging but at about my level.

What CATHEs would you suggest for me? Is there a place here to trade?

Thanks in advance!

Peace,
Cynthia

If you dislike step, that will narrow your cardio workout options down to a few. As far as her strength workouts go, you can go wrong with any of them, depends what you prefer....total body, split routines, etc.

Non-step Cardio....

--Cardio Kicks
--Kick Punch & Crunch
--Kick Max

Step Jump & Pump has a hi-lo section and many premixes that combine the hi-lo and strength sections in a circuit fashion. The first half of Maximum Intensity Cardio is hi-lo. Circuit Max is tough and only has 2 short step sections, each about 5-7 minutes in length.

Thanks. I don't hate step, I just like strength more :) I have MIS, am getting ME, I liked Boot Camp, so I guess the interval ones are more my style. I like total body.

Peace,
Cynthia

What TLP workouts do you have? How do you like them. I heard they were DVD-R format and not all DVD players would play them. I ordered Functional Foundations (Yorktowns) but have not received them yet. I was all set to order the first 3 but was going to wait and see if they would work in my DVD player.

Thanks
Susan

Your best bet for trading videos will be at ezboard.com at the Ya-Ya site. I actually think that trading is not allowed at this site.

Have them all, actually helped out at the filming of the Yorktown's (CORE Cardio/CORE Strength). They are DvD-R but I have never had a problem in any of my players. (PM me if you are interested in tradingfor Cathe)

All 5 are great w/os.

Peace,
Cynthia
