where can I purchase cathe videos other than online?? Also what are good upper body videos?

I think the only way you can purchase other than on-line is by mail-order. I'm not sure that option is even still available though.

Good Cathe upper body workouts? The Gym Styles for sure. Chest and Triceps and Back, Shoulders, Biceps.

cathe videos are not available in stores except the beginners step package at target. Pyramid Upper Body is one of my favorite upper body workouts by cathe. i also usually use just the upper body execises in MIS,PH, and C&W

You can still order Cathe's workouts by printing out the mail-in order form and sending it in with a check - I did it recently.
