I am doing the same thing.... I didnt want to buy the 100+ that so many places make you get so I went to Office Depot & although the price is higher, they will do alot of things in the under 100 qty. It just worked better for me since I dont want to carry an inventory.

Just one to watch out for:
I just did a logowear order for our employees through the All Star Logo website.
Some of the items were great, some not so great.
They sent a wrong size on one item and they have never bothered to replace it. Since the quality on that item wasn't so great I didn't bother to even call back.
I personally wouldn't use that company again.

I've had good experience with www.customink.com. You can easily design the shirt online, there's a wide variety of fabrics and shirt styles (we ordered wicking tees), the prices were competitive (best I could find at that time), and production and shipping were very QUICK.
