where to buy bands?

Does anyone know where to buy the bands Cathe uses? I see she uses them in the new video's coming out soon and in some of the past videos. Do you think the resistance bands with handles (like used in P90X) would work?

I got mine on Collage Video...I used the handled bands in the past and they are okay, but I am really glad I got the green one...It doesn't make a huge difference, but I can feel more resistance with the green one..

www.fwonline.com has them at a good price. They also have non-latex ones (that last longer and don't require powdering to extend their useful life).

I use the resistance tubing with handles that I bought at Target. It works great and the handles make it so much easier to grip!

Modells has a 3 pack of resistance bands for $12.00. Light, med and heavy in one pack. Not the same colors as Cathe. :-( Jenn
