Hmmmmm -- I don't know -- why don't you email CS? They have one of the best CS depts in the industry. Often, Coach Sean himself will get back with you, or Karal. They're both really good about answering email.

Don't panic ... check your junk/spam mail ... that's where mine was, including the response to the follow-up email I sent regarding not having rec'd it. He is very quick, so unless this is the timeframe he was moving to the west coast (?), it's probably in that folder. BTW, the junk mail folder I found it one was the internet one, not the one I use to download my email. HTH, Deb

Sean just emailed me back saying it was on its way. I checked my spam folder and it wasn't there. Also, I got his message, so I am thinking it would go through.

I changed my spam filter settings until I get it.
