Hi. Having seen your workouts on Fit TV, I am extremely impressed with your expertise and would like to incorporate some of your workouts into my existing repertoire of video routines. I have been using The Firm workouts for years. Last year, I received an injury--not during a workout--a pinched rotator cuff. I had to change my workouts, and am just now getting back to my previous level. My question to you is which of your DVDs should I start with so that I learn your particular philosophies, etc. I noticed that you sometimes use very heavy weights, this interests me very much. What size plates do you use?
