1 - Chick-fil-A - grilled chicken sandwich with side salad
2 - Bob Evans - grilled chicken, green beans and broccoli or carrots
3 - Golden Corral - salad and veggies and small portion of meat & NO dessert. Takes some self control for me.
4 - Local restaurants where I can get steamed shrimp, 2 small red potatoes and one small ear of corn.
5 - local chinese restaurant that has on sight chef and have him cook whatever you bring him off the raw food buffet. Means chicken & shrimp are not cooked in bunches of butter and get all the veggies you want. Great choice!
We have lots of restaurants like Macaroni Grill, Olive Garden and all those high calorie places but we never go there cuz I don't know that they have any healthy options.
Where do you go? I'm looking for some new options.
