Where do I start?

I had a c-section 2 weeks ago (11-7-06). I am not ready to workout, but when I get the clearance, I am heading straight to cathe. I have read such great things about her. I was using the FIRM before I got pregnant, but to be honest, I hated it. SO BORING...in my opinion. I also did taebo, but Billy annoyed me with not working each side the same amount.

Please tell me where I should start and what I need to purchase! I have not worked out in over 9 months!!

I really can't give advice. Most of Cathe's are modifiable.Lighten the weights or heavy up. Take it slow. You will be sorry if you don't. Go to the home page and view the video clips . They are pretty good.My 1st Cathe series was the GStyle. Then i bought them all.

Jessica - you may want to ask this question in the Fit Moms Pregnancy and Postpartum forum of the Board. Postpartum members usually check in on Mondays for encouragement, advice, and disucssion of workouts.:) That said, I think you should start with Basic Step and Body Fusion (2 good workouts on the dvd). Cathe's Kick Punch and Crunch from the Body Blast series were also recommended to me as good postpartum workouts. I hope this helps! good luck!
