where do I find the weight bench from Slow/Heavy

It's not really a weight bench, but a different version of the Step. I'm sure if you do a search under "Step Co. Step" you can find it. I find that the original club step works just fine for the same purpose.

I have them both . I use the incline bench one alot for the workouts that incline. I think it is more solid. It is not interchangable with the regular risers. It has it's own.I myself won't do with out it. It can be used with the old Firm incline workouts too.
I did a search for super step and found one with the cheapest shipping. It was like 99 bucks.

I got mine on Amazon.com. I believe it is called the Super Step Bench System. It was around $100 plus shipping. At the time I bought it, I was just starting to work out at home and didn't know what I'd need. As it turns out, I would have been just as happy using my regular step as a bench. The Super Step is definitly better for incline work, but I don't think that I'd pay $100 just to have a better incline if I had to do it again. Plus, both the top and risers are much larger, so it's harder to store. Just some input for you. I'm sure you can still get it at Amazon if you do decide to buy it.
