Where do I begin???

Hi everyone,
I am #95 and still in shock!! I can't believe I actually made it. I missed last year by 2. I was crushed.
NOW, where do I begin getting back in shape for this?? I just recently restarted exercising and am nowhere near CATHE ready!!!
I haven't even finished Body Max 2 yet. That was goal for JANUARY!!
HELP!!!

Just take it slow, Ellie. Plan BM2 for a Saturday or when you have more time and just try to get 5 minutes more each time. You'll get it! Or take a 10 minute rest between each portion (the step, the blasts, the weights). Glad you got in!
 
Ellie, just plan to have a good time. There is no competititon involved at all! We all do what WE can do. I was just coming back from a knee injury at the last RT so I only used the platform to my step to ease myself back in and didn't feel whimpy at all. I was just thrilled to be there & doing the best "I" could do! You have three months so just keep at it. I bet by July, you will have BM2 conquered. Can't wait to meet you!

I'm so glad that you posted about using just the platform. I had a calf injury last year and it just doesn't seem to ever get back to 100% so I was worrying about doing the step class with just the platform and looking like an idiot. You are one of many people that I am so anxious to meet!

Awww, thanks Bev! I look forward to meeting YOU! I, also, worried about using JUST the platform. I kid you not when I say there is no comparing at all...Cathe attracts THE neatest people. Not only that, with 110 steps all placed out in a room at ONE time, who has time to look and see who is using what? Ha! Also, for your info...the floor in Cathe's gym makes such a huge difference in the impact of your workout. I was surprised how well my knee adapted to it! It was the first time I had stepped in 4 months! Talk about a SMILE on my face! I think I must have looked pretty silly because I was beaming on the outside as much as the inside just for the fact that I could workout! Wait til you hear 210 feet hitting the steps all at once. That is an unbelievable sound! Bring your two feet and NO WORRIES!!!
