Where can I get a medicine ball?

Yes, Walmart carries them. I think I got mine for around $14.00 if I remember right. It is an 8#er (the only size they had) but it works just fine in the vids that Cathe uses her 6#er. Good Luck!

I'm having a brain fog day! Actually, my ball is 10 pounds and I believe Cathe's is 8 pounds. Sorry! It IS challenging at 10 pounds with a couple of Cathe's moves but I am able to do ALL moves with it. LOVE my 10#er!!!!http://www.handykult.de/plaudersmilies.de/basket.gif (I don't use it for basketball, but I love that icon! ;-))
