Where can I get a decent barbell?

The ultimate for me would be 48", padded (I could live without this), with spring locks. I have a 60", threaded. It's too big, and it takes about 5 minutes to change weights.

I've looked at sporting goods stores, the links on this site and other sites, and CANNOT find one. Anyone know where to get one like this?

I have this one (not padded though) - you can't beat the price. I added a few more plates locally, but this was perfect for me!
