i have tried working out different times of the day but i still get pain on my right side and have to stop. i have been excercising for years. pleanty of water is neaded threw out the workout(12-16 c) or i will get sick. Any suggestions?

i have been doing cathe's tapes for many years so i am in good health. if i workout in the morning i have a small breakfast and drink tons of water during and after. if i excercise during the day i wait an hour or two. i am not very good at drinking it throughout the day though it might be why i feel pain but maybe too much can also cause pain. i think i will mention this to my doctor. thanks for replying!
Glad to hear your going to the doctor I have kidney problems so I will always advocate drinking water before during and after working out and during the day.
