when to workout

i have tried working out different times of the day but i still get pain on my right side and have to stop. i have been excercising for years. pleanty of water is neaded threw out the workout(12-16 c) or i will get sick. Any suggestions?
 
I'm not a doctor or Cathe but you should workout at a time of day that is good for you when its convenient for you to exercise at that time of day.

Can I ask the following questions to better help in getting an answer to your query.

1. Eating what do you generally eat before exercising and how long before exercising do you eat?

2. Do you keep yourself hydrated throughout the day?

3. What's your current fitness level?

I would say that if this has been going on for some time it might be a good idea to check this out with your doctor.

If I were you, I would bring this concern to my physician. Just a suggestion! Hope you feel well very soon.
 
hi!

i have been doing cathe's tapes for many years so i am in good health. if i workout in the morning i have a small breakfast and drink tons of water during and after. if i excercise during the day i wait an hour or two. i am not very good at drinking it throughout the day though it might be why i feel pain but maybe too much can also cause pain. i think i will mention this to my doctor. thanks for replying!
 
Glad to hear your going to the doctor I have kidney problems so I will always advocate drinking water before during and after working out and during the day.
