My question is about weights. I can't lift near as much as you, but when do you stop increasing weight? I don't want to be big and muscular, just toned. I've gone from 2 to 5 to 8 to 10 to 12 pounds on most arm and upper body exercises. The hardest jump was from 10 to 12. The 12 is comfortable now, so do I stay there or go to 15? I am pretty happy with the way I look, and once I loose my last few pounds, the tone should really show. Will it go away if I stay with 12, or will it stay the same? I have a funny picture of myself in my head 3 years from now doing bicep curls with 50 lb weights!! haha!! Thanks for any advice.
