i finally got past the knee issues and did circuit max yesterday with no problems. BUT, today i went for my skin check (history of melanoma) and they found something on the bottom of my foot that they wanted to excise right away, so now i have 3 stitches on the bottom of my right foot, right in the arch, for 10 days! waaaaah!! she told me i can work out, but nothing that is going to be too much impact for that foot. hello?? it's the bottom of my foot!
