I voted whenever I have time because I have a home based business and generally workout mid-morning around 10am. After breakfast and getting some work done. If I blow it off or get too busy I workout in the evening after dinner. Wee hours of the morning are reserved for sleeping or coffee drinking. :)

Well, not wee hours, that's for sure. That could be dangerous for me. I do mornings while little shmoopy is in school. Generally the 9-11 range. Then home to do cleaning, errands, blah blah blah WHEEEEE!

Everyone is entitled to an opinion. It's just that yours is stupid.

I workout in the evening when I get home from work. Kudos to everyone who gets up in the wee hours of the morning. I couldn't do it unless I absolutely had to.

I work out in the afternoon. Usually around 2 p.m. I already get up at 4 a.m. for work. I'm not getting up any earlier then that.

After work, before dinner (so usually 6:30ish start time). I couldn't workout first thing in the a.m. if my life depended on it. I'm lucky to get to work on time as it is. On the weekends, I sleep in, have breakfast, coffee, watch a little Food Network and usually workout between 2 and 3:30. Ooo - it's 6:00 p.m. now - gotta dash - to workout (tonight is the first time with P90X Legs and Back)!!

I have 6 kids with another on the way and I home school. I find that everyone is ready for a break right after lunch, so the older watch the younger for an hour whilst I workout.

I'd love to get up early in the morning and get it done, but the possibility of being interrupted by a grumpy toddler is just too real right now.....someday.....

Maggie:)

On workdays I workout at about 6am. I'm trying to get up even a little earlier than that to get a longer workout in. I have found if I don't do it first thing in the morning it won't happen. Plus it is the only time I truly get to myself anymore.

On days off from work I will wait a little longer but I am learning that I have to do it before I go anywhere because once I get dressed for the day to go out it won't happen when I get back home.

I work at home three days a week, so, if I can, I usually work out in the mid-morning, after I've gotten a big chunk of my work done. I like to get my workout started by 11:00 so that I can have my protein shake as part of lunch!;-)

Lulu68, what time do you go to bed every night? I can't believe you get up that early, though I can certainly understand why.

I usually work out in the evening - usually 5 to 6 or 6:30 depending on the work out. Sometimes later if my tribe is very hungry and can't wait :) I've started working out as late as 8:30 or 9:00 p.m. My husband goes out of town every other week for 3 days so for those two mornings he's gone I get up at 4:45 and workout (when he's here I have a hard time getting out of bed with him laying there all comfy) - on the weekends I usually work out at around 10 so I can be done before noon.

I workout whenever I can find the motivation to get my butt in gear. I'm the procrastinator's procrastinator so I tend to put things off. Regardless, it still gets done.
