Hi All,
My DS is 11 mos. He's been walking since 9 mos. But he's not really babbling or pointing to stuff or anything like that. He lets me know when he wants to be picked up or wants something I have - usually be walking over and starting intently at it. But that's just about it.
I know all kids are different, but I'm looking for ranges - of when I should have him evaluated for delayed speech. He definitley doesn't have a hearing problem. He responds to his name (and understands "no", althought doesn't usually listen). He also waves bye bye when you wave at him first.
Just looking for some thoughts...
