what's the best rotation for fat loss??????

I have seen many rotations and I wanted to know what is the best rotation for fat loss, one of your own or cathe's I just need something to jump start my fat loss system.

Well...exercise and a healthy diet is all about **fat loss**. I think working in a variety of strength work, flexibility work, cardio (steady state and interval) would be wise. Add the critical component of a healthy diet (as clean as possible and not in excess) and you should be set! As for the workouts...pick the ones you like the most. The more you like doing them, the more likely you will come back to them.

It depends on where you are at, if you are an advanced exerciser or if you are just starting, or starting again. I just finished the Cathe's Intermediate Rotation to get me jump started again and lost 13.5 lbs in 4 weeks.

I agree with Sarah that diet is extremely important and I also changed my diet, more frequent meals and eating clean (well, not 100 % of the time but overall I stuck with healthy foods)

If you are an advanced exerciser, there is another rotation that Cathe posted a few years ago which I will probably start in the next week or so. I know the original poster had tremendous success with that rotation and it looks like fun.
