What music is on your playlist to really get you moving? My alarm went off this morning to Billy Idol "Dancing With Myself". I hadn't heard that song in years! I immediatly downloaded it to my workout playlist.

Anything techno or dance-hip-hop or 80's rock bands! I like Coldplay too...needless to say, taking my iPod on a plane does not "relax" me at all, I wind up wanting to get up and exercise!:7

I just got a new 4GB for Sansa "Lil' Monsta'" for my b-day so it's a much longer list now:7 I'm also a bit, uh, shall we say "loose" with my music, if it gets me moving, I'll download it.

I've had MC5's "Kick out the Jams" on a constant rotation lately. Also listening to "Boxer" by The National. And after hearing John Doe on NPR this morning, I had to pull out X's "See How We Are" and X's experiment in country twang as The Knitters' "Poor Little Critter on the Road."
