What's Cathe's Lean Out Rotation look like?

Ladies, I don't remember ever seeing Cathe post a "Lean Out" rotation, and I've been around here for years. But if you go to the link above and go to "Select By Title", you 'll see tons (I think, really, all) of Cathe's posted rotations listed.

This is on the Cathe-ites "Worksheets" sub-page at FVF. Look down at the very bottom of the page and you'll see links to my original four volumes of "Cathe Forum Rotations" and also volume five that was continued by Deborah Laks, also a longtime regular around here. If you download these volumes they contain tons and tons of rotations, including many that have been crowd favorites around here over the years like Marlene's famous "Tank Top Rotation." :) Enjoy!

I think you mean Cathe's July 2003 rotation.

Quoting Cathe: "The July Rotation focuses on fat loss and definition. You will do a mix of cardio and weight training with moderate weight."

It's near the top of the rotation list that Kathy S posted the link for...
