I would say MM or ME would probably be the best subs for SS, but I think it is unique in that it uses the stability ball for a good number of the exercises. Here is the breakdown for it:
Warmup
Barbell squats (just to give you an idea: 16 singles @ 40#, low pulses 2x 7 count, then 2x 3 count)
Barbell dead lifts
Barbell bench press
DB shoulders on the ball
Abs with wood chops on the ball
Barbell plie squats
DB pullovers on the ball
DB incline chest flys on the ball
DB shoulder rotator cuff on the ball
Abs bent elbow rollover on the ball
DB one-legged squats
DB seated overhead press
Barbell preacher curls with ball
DB tri extension on the ball
Abs bicycle
Explosive lunges
DB rear delt flys/front raise on the ball
DB concentration curls on the ball
Seesaw triceps
Abs - side lying bends on the ball
Stretch
