I'M THINKING OF STARTING CHALENE'S EXTREME WORKOUT. BUT I REMEMBER GETTING SO TIRED OF DOING BURN INTERVAL AND BURN IT OFF EVERY WEEK. ANY RECOMMENDATIONS WHAT OTHER WORKOUTS I COULD DO INSTEAD?

Those are basically circuit workouts using light weights, so just sub in one of Cathe's weight/cardio circuit workouts instead, using light weights. She's got tons of them to choose from.
