What worked for you as far as having fat loss? Intense Cardio, circuit workouts?
I do not want to lift real heavy as I already have enough muscle, I just want to lose the fat covering the muscle?
I just got the Insanity series hoping that will work, should I do a couple days a week of endurance lifting for upper body also?
I am just curious what worked for everyone for fat loss.

For me, I really cleaned up my diet (it wasn't bad to begin with but there were some loose ends) cut back on the sodium and random grazing, and added circuits into my routine, primarily Jillian Micheal's DVDs. Worked like a charm.

HTH!

For me, circuit training 3x/week and cardio intervals 3x/week plus a clean diet which focuses on creating a consistent reasonable calorie-deficit works best.

It's really easy for me to eat through the deficit I want to create so I have to be very mindful about caloric intake and track it. When I focus on the deficit, the fat comes off. When I relax, even though I eat clean the pounds can creep up.

Pretty much that, but sometimes I find I'm more satisfied if I have, say, 500 calories at dinner and then a lighter evening snack. Even though the calories work out to be the same, my feeling of satiety is better that way.

I eat more than 1500 cals a day, though. The meals work out that way (although they do go over at times *blush*), but on top of that I drink about 200 additional calories in skim milk a day. So, I'm about 1700 but I do go over (which is my problem).
