What wo did you guys do today?

This a.m. it was 60 minutes on the elliptical and then later it was Muscle Endurance. Both went VERY well!

I love doing tricep work because I LOVE tricep definition! Today, I made sure I exhausted the entire upper body. I went easy on the lower body since I spent so much quality time on the elliptical. No weight tomorrow...maybe yoga and cardio (love cardio!)
 
After going to court with my daughter, which was a real workout...

I did Rhythmic Step just for the fun of it. Usually I never finished the challenge at the end, just skipped it, but since I trained and ran a marathon, today I did the whole darn thing, and it was awesome. Running has definitely helped my stamina. Then I did the blender from Push Pull - only upper body, and was disappointed it wasn't more, but I had an appointment I had to be at, so it was fine.'
I am sorry to say that if I don't feel my ass has been thoroughly kicked I haven't had a good workout. Anyone else feel that way?

Just me. Hope all have had a great day and great workouts. After all, it is "one day at a time" right?

I am totally the same way about being kicked in the butt for a good workout. If I am not sore I am a little disappointed I need to feel some sort of muscle recovery.
