What wo did you guys do today?

What did you guys do today? I did GS back, shoulders and biceps and kpc with some extra triceps and abs. I am having some difficulty getting my triceps to show. I have some definition in my arms but my triceps seem to be nonexistent. I do upper body 3x a week. I use pyr upper and the GS workouts. Any advice? Also, I have been on a year long plateau. My goal weight is 150 but I always hover around 159-164 and I can't seem to go lower . I wear a size 6-8 pants/dress. I really just want to be a straight 6. I noticed the other day that my size 6 pants were actually looser despite the fact that the scale that day said 164. What is up with that? I work out 6x weekly for at least 2 hours at a time. I do weights daily alternating between upper and lower. I do abs every other day. I mainly do cath wo but I also do a little taebo for abs and walk away the pounds 4 mile when I feel like my body needs a lowere intensity. I feel like a big wuss at times doing WATP but I like Leslie Sansone's spirit.
 
Im on my way to do the GS UB sereis and KM.I love working UB and then doing kickboxing...hurts so good!!!

I just finished GS chest and triceps.Hopefully tonite after work cardio(if i am not too tired)
I know the scale doesn't move here either. I keep telling myself you are building muscle. I am seeing more definition slowly witthout the scale budging at 144. I am just giving it time.
I do 6 X a week 1 1/2 or an hour a day depends on how i feel.
I guess it takes patience.
I am always sore so i guess i am pushing myself , so what more can i do???

Today's a treadmill day. I'm doing P90x and supposed to be doing yoga but I don't like it. So on the treadmill I go....

so far i did my yoga with yoga shakti, cardio with step premix of cardio and weights, and i plan on a segment of core max later on. viola had a slight fever this morning so i have to work around her or else i would have been done already :).

Hey joyjoy don't feel like a wuss doing Leslie's 4 mile walking tape, I happen to like that w/o myself along with spirit. When my daughter was pregnant, we use to walk almost everyday. But I will be passing Leslie along to a friend who is not into Cathe's (as yet), because she really needs to come down a lot in weight so I think something like this would get her started and slowly move up to Cathe :D.

Today I'm on for GS Legs, TLT's Strength in Movement, and either an elliptical or treadmill with Cardio Coach 3. Gotta get the kids down for a snooze before undertaking that though, so it won't be until this afternoon. Have fun everyone.

I used to do Leslie Sansone on a regular basis! WATP for ABS were the first vids I used for cardio 3 years ago when I began my fitness journey! I think she's great! I tossed the WATP set when I was moving out a couple years ago and regret it. I just recently purchased a Leslie DVD for my mom who is interested in exercising. My best friend is also going to order one. Her work outs are very easy to adjust to a person's level of fitness! Don't feel bad for using them! Everyone needs a change or a break from thier normal work out once in a while!:)

I am not working out today...I have been fighting a cold and apparently have not been doing a very good job of it so I'm taking the day off...hopefully it will help!:-(

ETA: I just had an idea!!! Leslie Sanson + Rebounder = FUN!?!? Hmmmmm...I may have to give it a shot...I can play around w/this idea when the dvd I ordered my mom comes in...before I give it to her...am I bad or what!? LOL }(
 
today i did ctx kickbox and turbojam cardio party 2. i like cp 1 much better. i am also having the same problwm with my triceps. hopefully someone has some good ideas.
 
It took my a long time to see any definition in my triceps. The whole time I was doing the Firm I wasn't seeing anything...once I started doing Cathe and consequently upped my weights for tricep work, the definition finally started showing!:+
 
Today was a very good workout. For an upperbody split I meshed sections from BodyMax and PowerHour for a 1 hour arm frier}(. I finished with CardioKicks kick/punch drills and PH abs. AWESOME!!:)

Well, it took me all day to get my a$$ off the couch. When I finally did, I did P90X chest shoulders and triceps. I think I was dreading all of those pushups!!! But it's done and I feel better (except that burn in my chest }( ) Although, I do still have Ab Ripper X to dox( Can you see I am procrastinating?
