What/Who is Katami (core workout)

Someone with the username L Sass said that they have the Katami core workout and that they love it. I tried to email this person but their username is disabled.

Has anyone else heard of this workout. I also searched videofitness and found nothing. Can someone help me out?

I also tried collage and found nothing.

Mainly I am looking for more good tough core workouts in addition to Ab ripper and all of Cathe's. I might check out TLP core foundations but someone mentioned Katami was also good so I'm looking for it.

i believe i saw an infomercial on this product. i believe that it is the workout that uses a slightly curved bar for all the moves.

This workout does look like it would be fun to do, I went to the link and took a look. It is expensive though!!

Kristie: If you get this workout, you will have to fill us in to see if it is worth the cash or not...LOL
