Okay, so after much agonizing, I have decided to do the following:
Jan: finish split rotations through SH, PS, B and G, and GS
Feb to April: CLX
May to Jul: STS
Aug to Oct: P90X
Nov: Full body workout rotation
Dec: Eat lots of chocolate, look at my scale and laugh
I am going to take Sundays as rest days and really try to follow each of the rotations the way they were meant to be followed. Now all I need is my CLX to show up by February 1st (a bit of a stretch) and my STS to show up by May 1st. And somewhere in there I have to decide what happens if Jari puts out the other four DVDs she keeps promising to, and whether to get a pull up bar for STS and P90X (and where the heck to hang the thing!)
I have figured out the whole freakin' year day by day using an Excel spreadsheet with many tabs. It will be interesting to see how soon it is before I go completely off the planned rotation. I hear God laughing at my brave and foolish plans...
