What to do if you miss a day on the rotation?

I was just wondering.....IF I had a rotation figured out and I missed a day would I just go on to the next day or just continue on only a day later than scheduled?

I would continue, but a day later. Another option (depending on what you rotation is)might be to double up workouts, doing one in the morning and one in the late afternoon to catch up. This only works--in my opinio--if the workouts are of different types, like one cardio and one strength, to keep you from overtraining.

Only because when the CTX came out, I thought I had to follow the rotation exactly 6 days in a row with no rest between the days or I'd screw it up. And when I posted your exact question... I got teased mercilessly. (Not at this forum) They were just being silly though, not cruel. :)

I was told to just continue the next day with what you missed and follow on through the week with the rest as follows. I hope that makes sense. After all, we can't always determine when we won't be able to workout. Things happen beyond our control sometimes. So no need to stress about it.
