What time does the bus leave for the meet and greet?

My flight gets in at 3pm and I was wondering what time the bus will leave for the meet and greet on Friday?

Michelle, I am figuring an hour to get from the airport to the hotel. That's including landing, picking up luggage and calling the transportation to the hotel. I figured at getting in at three I was pushing it. I don't remember how close (I am thinking 30 mins) the meet and greet is???

OK, just looked back and the meet and greet is at the gym. Which is 12 mins from the hotels. That sounding better. But I would bet the bus will leave around 5:30ish. You know how hard it is to get a bunch of people together and be on time
