:D I was just admiring some pictures of Madonna in a magazine I was reading. She has some awesome biceps and I read that she is really dedicated to fitness.
 
Angela Bassett has incredible arms! Have you seen What's Love Got To Do With It? She looks crazy buff in it!

Madonna has always been my favorite. She's been buff for a long time and even better with age. I've always liked her back but now her arms are amazing.

I think I admire all of Jennifer Aniston.I saw a picture of her the other day walking along the beach in a pair of jogging pants and tank top and she looks really good. I know she is probably to thin but she looks pretty toned.

I think Jennifer Garner has great arms, especially shoulders and triceps. Also, Evangeline Lilly (Kate on Lost) has great shoulders too.
 
Oh yeah--Jennifer Garner! My favorite line from a TV show was from Alias:

A guy says to Garner, "So, what's your name?".

Her reply: "Ima--and Ima gonna kick your a$$".

You know, Waterlily, the only reason I started dating DH is because he looks like LL. I swear, he is a white LL Cool J, and even though I couldn't stand him, I went out with him for that reason alone. How shallow is that? He used to pick me up and be listening to "Loungin'" and "Doin' it". He would bench press me and had the most incredible chiseled chest and arms. Oh, there go my knees again! Eventually, of course, I did fall in love with him, and it is a good thing because he certainly doesn't look like LL anymore! :+
